Congrats Nora Lafferty!

Barrows third grade student, Nora Lafferty, from Ms. Gerrin and Ms. Nagle's class was awarded 3rd place in the Reading Municipal Light Department T-shirt contest.  She was awarded her recognition Thursday night.  Nice work Nora!
